Friendly Customer Service is Dead! Today Mike shares his observations of recent interactions where receiving great friendly customer service was possible but not received. Anywhere from the Grocery store, a convenience store, big box store or even online retail customer service, getting service with a smile is basically non-existent. What happened?!
